Well, I finally convinced this guy from my school to come by my house to eat with me. I promised him a really good meal.

I thought I'd cook him a little Nikujaga tonight (Japanese meat and potatos) and a bit of Ramen (Japanese noodles).

Well, that and I'll finally be able to use some of the things I learned in the cooking class.

One of the many attempts for NYU to make sure we're well balanced. They had us take a few creative classes. It was like either that or art history.

I think cooking is cool. If you learn how to cook, you like almost never have leftovers because there is so many things to make out of that one thing.

Of course to make tonight's meal, I had to go to an asian market to get a few things. That and I wanted to be authenic.
